ALL GUESTS (120) – BEGINNING AT 11 AM
- Guests drive past large welcome signage at the top and bottom of MDGC’s long driveway.
- Guests park and friendly golf bag valets meet each golfer to take bags to tournament staging area. Non-verbal phone use only is permitted from this point on.
- Guests will then proceed to Registration where they will receive their hole assignments and tee gift from our attentive volunteers.
- Other pre-tournament activities include warm-ups on the driving range/putting green/clubhouse chipping green and raffle “shopping”
- Guests will enjoy refreshments and appetizers near the 1st tee – multiple lunch stations will be set up on the course.
- At 11:50 am, guests will begin proceeding to their assigned holes. Competitive foursomes will be grouped together beginning at Hole #1.
- At 12:15 pm, the shotgun sounds and play commences. On course activities include food stations and fun contests (putting, long drive, hole-in-one and KP).
- Play ends at or near 5:00 pm.
- Guests gather to enjoy a hosted reception with hearty food stations, raffle and prizes.
- Formal program ends at 7:00 pm. Optional happy hour in The Grill until 8:00pm.
